REFUND POLICY

Refunds at L’Abaya are accepted within one week from the delivery date.

To be eligible for a full refund:

- The original bill must be presented

- The abaya must be returned within one week

- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Returns can be completed by:

- Dropping the item at LABEL Boutique, Gate Mall

- Requesting a return pickup (pickup services are chargeable)

Items showing signs of wear, stains, damage, or misuse are not eligible for refund.

In cases of size mismatch or required alterations, adjustments will be handled free of charge, provided the request is raised and completed within one week of delivery.
